Tips for success
For the best texture, use frozen pineapple chunks instead of fresh and reduce the ice by half. This keeps the smoothie thick and frosty without diluting the flavor. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a little coconut water or milk until it reaches your desired pourability.
Grate the white chocolate just before serving so the curls stay light and airy. If the chocolate is too soft, pop it in the freezer for 10 minutes before grating. For a more intense vanilla flavor, you can also add a small scrape of vanilla bean seeds to the blender.
Variations
- Mango Twist: Replace the pineapple with ripe mango chunks for a sweeter, more tropical flavor. Mango pairs beautifully with papaya and passion fruit, and the smoothie will have a deeper orange color.
- Green Boost: Add a handful of fresh spinach or kale to the blender. The fruit flavors will mask the greens, making this a great way to sneak in extra nutrients. The color will turn slightly green, but the taste remains deliciously fruity.
- Coconut Yogurt: For a thicker, protein-rich smoothie, replace half of the coconut cream with plain coconut yogurt. This adds a tangy note and makes the smoothie more filling, perfect for a breakfast on the go.
- Spiced: Add a pinch of ground ginger or a small piece of fresh ginger to the blender for a subtle warmth that complements the tropical fruits. This variation adds a gentle kick and complexity.

If you must store it, keep it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir well before drinking, and add a few fresh ice cubes to restore the chill.
You can prep the fruit and chocolate curls ahead of time. Dice the papaya and pineapple, measure the passion fruit pulp, and store them in separate containers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Grate the chocolate and keep it in an airtight container at room temperature. When ready to serve, simply blend everything together.

- 1/2 cup passion fruit pulp (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 2 oz vanilla white chocolate, grated into curls
Instructions
