About

Allquickyrecipes is an independent recipe website. It publishes everyday recipes (dinners, breakfasts, desserts, appetizers and drinks) and has sections in English, French and Spanish.

What you will find here

Each new recipe is published in three parts, each on its own page:

  1. Ingredients: the full list with quantities, the common allergens found in it, why the recipe works, possible substitutions and the equipment you need.
  2. Instructions: numbered steps grouped into three stages, with what to look for at each stage and, when it matters, the safe internal temperature to reach.
  3. Tips and recipe card: tips, variations, storage, serving ideas, answers to common questions and a printable card that brings the whole recipe together.

Prep, cook and total times and the number of servings appear at the top of each new recipe. Recipes are grouped into five categories: appetizers, breakfast, desserts, dinner and drinks.

How new recipes are made

Each new recipe starts from a short cooking video. It is then written from what the video shows: the dish, its ingredients, the order of the steps and the visual cues. When the video does not show an amount or a time, it is estimated while the recipe is written.

Before a recipe is published, automatic checks confirm, among other things, that every ingredient is used in the steps, that the times add up and that a safe internal temperature is given whenever the ingredient list names raw poultry, meat, fish or shellfish. These checks are automatic and can miss mistakes; the full list is in our editorial policy.

Nutrition information, when shown, is an automatic estimate per serving, not a laboratory measurement. Our food safety and nutrition page explains its limits.

Who is Clara Weller?

Clara Weller is a pen name: the name Allquickyrecipes uses to sign its recipes. It does not refer to a real chef or cook. There is no biography, photo or qualification behind it, and we will not invent any.

Archive recipes

Archive recipes, in English only, were published on an earlier version of this site, before the process described here. We have removed outdated elements, such as star ratings and placeholder figures, and we hide the first-person passages, which do not describe real events, whenever they can be detected automatically. We have not rewritten these recipes: they have not been through our automatic checks, and some old wording may remain.

How the site is funded

Allquickyrecipes is free to read. It is funded by the ads shown on its pages, served by HB Agency and its partners. Advertisers do not choose, sponsor or edit recipes, and our recipes contain no affiliate links. How ads use cookies is explained in our privacy policy and cookie policy.
